DISCLAIMER: This is just a fun opinion piece. It’s not that serious. She can wear her hair any way she wants, okay, don’t @ me.
When I looked at the new Hollywood Reporter annual drama round table conversation issue, the first thing I noticed was Maggie Gyllenhaal’s hair.
(Maggie’s on the right)
I’m not saying she can’t rock the blonde, but she can’t rock the blonde. Oops, my bad. I’m saying it. Blame the Gemini energy. I can’t NOT speak up about this.
Maggie has gone blonde before, by the way, and those times were epic fails too.
I like the pixie cut on her, she has the face for it, but the blonde just washes her out, in my opinion.
She looks pretty here, but you see how her hair and skin almost look like the same color?
Not a good look. It’s probably for a role. I hope it’s for a role. See the difference?
I’m fully expecting to be thrown out the feminist window for focusing on her hair and not the annual ladies drama convo, but it’s like; You’re movie stars. Stop getting pissy about being asked about what you are wearing on the Red Carpet and shallow things like what beauty and hair products you’re using. Sometimes I just want to know what beauty and hair products you’re using. What you are wearing and what is up with your hair? Doesn’t mean I don’t want to hear about the important issues too.
