Arriving in a horse and carriage alongside her husband, Meghan stunned in a pale pink bespoke dress by Carolina Herrara and Philip Treacy hat for Trooping the Colour, the annual parade and balcony wave in honor of the Queen’s Birthday.
She was criticized for breaking a royal fashion rule by wearing an off the shoulder dress, because the haters always have to find something wrong.
