At approximately 1 a.m., Vaughn was stopped at a DUI checkpoint in Hermosa Beach, Sgt. Matt Sabosky confirmed to THR. A passenger was in the car with the actor. Vaughn was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and resisting arrest, while his passenger was also arrested and charged with public intoxication. They were taken into custody at the Manhattan Beach Police Department early Sunday and released later that morning.

I like Vince Vaughn. I thought he cleaned up from the once bloated alcoholic that Jen Aniston used to date to settling down with a normal woman, not an actress and having two adorable kiddos.
He recently starred in the film: Brawl in Cell Block 99 which if you haven’t seen, I urge you to watch. It’s fantastic and definitely the direction Vince needs to go career wise since that True Detective season 2 disaster. Things seemed to be looking up.
But now he’s smiling like a psycho in a mugshot and everyone knows he’s back on the sauce. This news is so NOT money baby. Vince, you’ve got a family and you are f’ing up bad. Get your act together or you’re going to lose everything.
