Wellness Wednesday: Have a smoothie and chill.

Hi Glam fam! I hope you are having a wonderful week so far.

I thought I’d share with you one of my new favorite smoothies, perfect for the summer.

Grab a small amount of organic mint leaves. Two cups of fresh watermelon. You can freeze it first or not depending on what you prefer. One tablespoon of chia seeds. Squeeze a little juice from a small lime in there and blend well.

This is a great way to cool off and get your nutrients in.

And if you want to jazz it up for an afternoon on the porch with your girlfriends, you can always splash a bit of vodka in it.😉
