Wellness Wednesday: Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.

If you live somewhere hot like I do, someplace that is going through a major heat wave this summer, it is important to up your water intake. I have to remind myself this daily because I don’t particularly like water, so I buy expensive bougie water and it basically forces me to drink it because if I spent that much, I can’t waste it. Whatever works, I say.

It’s good to remember the benefits of choosing water over soda, tea or juice.

Remember that if you are starting an exercise regime, you’ll want to definitely drink more agua and the added benefit is water fills you up, ups your metabolism and helps you lose weight. Yay!
