Wellness Wednesday: How to combat an anxiety attack.

If you are alive on this earth you probably have or have had some anxiety in your life. I used to have anxiety so bad that I thought I was going to die of heart disease and wore a heart monitor for a week just so I would calm down.

I did end up having to be put on medication, but I don’t take pills anymore and some people can’t afford to go to the doctor or are too anxious to even go.

Here are some tips to save and remember or jot down and carry with you if you are going through severe anxiety:

I memorized this because I never want to have to go on meds again. That’s just my own personal preference. Share if you know someone who is struggling.

Anxiety is no joke. Stay present. Remain grounded. You will get through this.💪
