Want a real quick and delicious meatloaf for dinner? I got you covered. This is so easy and so delicious, you’ll keep this one in your dinner rotation, I promise.
What you will need:
9×5 loaf pan
12oz of fake meat. I like the Gardein brand.

1 cup barbecue sauce.
Half an onion, chopped
Half of green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup of bread crumbs with Romano cheese.
1 large egg, beaten.
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon of basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to your preference.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325, in a large bowl, mix fake meat crumbles with bread crumbs, chopped onions and peppers, put seasonings in the mixed egg mixture and pour into the bowl. Pour 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce into the bowl and mix all ingredients together.
Pour mixture into loaf pan and pack it into it so the top is flat. Sit in middle of oven rack and bake for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, take it out and pour the other half of the barbecue sauce and smooth over top of loaf. Bake for another 15 minutes. Let sit out for about 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
Enjoy!

Delish! 😉
