Hey glam fam, welcome to another blog post about me doing random things to my face for no other reason than I’m bored staring at the same person in the mirror. Let’s switch it up, shall we?
Anyhoo, I went to the only injector I trust with my face, Ashley from One Aesthetics in Winter Park, to get my lips done. I’ve had the top lip done before with Restalyn and that lasted up to a year. Now I’m trying another filler called Versa. I will keep you updated on how long it lasts through this blog.
So first things first, they have to numb your lips with numbing cream. Since I was getting a little touch up on my cheeks as well, she basically put it on most of my face. I looked like…well, I won’t say what I looked like because this blog is PG rated, but just see for yourself.
You have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for the numbing cream to completely numb you. I waited in the nice office listening to chill vibes. The total spa experience.
Next is the actual procedure, which is uploaded on My channel if you want to view it. Basically, you only feel little pin pricks and you can actually hear the filler going in. It’s weird, but not uncomfortable. The uncomfortable part is the next day when your lips look like Khloe Kardashian punched in the mouth. Your lips will be swollen and cartoony and you might regret doing it, but just do the time, because it will be worth it when your lips settle. I was excited and it was a fun experience. I’m in love with my new lips. They’re mine, just better. 😉
